This is my 24th year in the classroom. During that time I have taught first through fourth grades. I've been a fourth grade teacher for the past 13 years.

My classroom is constantly changing. The way I teach now is much different than the way I taught during my first few years. This is my second year of using technology in my classroom. My venture into the world of technology has transformed and renewed my love of teaching. I am as excited about the things we do, as the kids are, and that makes this job really fun.

Teaching is ever changing, frequently challenging, but never boring. I am always looking for new ideas and perspectives. I'm sharing some of what works for me, and sometimes what did not work for me. Please share your ideas as well. My comments do not reflect any viewpoint but my own.
